As the majority of our products are made to order we do not accept returns or exchanges,
Returns and exchange details
As our products are made to order, refunds are not accepted unless the product becomes faulty within 10days of receiving through no fault of the buyer. If this should happen photographs of the damaged product must be sent and product returned before a full refund is given.
We accept paypal, bank transfer and personal cheque. Please contact us regarding alternative methods. If paying by cheque, product will only be worked on and sent once payment clears
We ship 1 day after the order is complete. Many items are made to order. Please allow up to 10-15 working days for completion once payment is made unless otherwise stated.
Custom orders and wholesale enquiries are welcome. We specialise in branded products for business to business also. Please get in touch if this is something you are interested in. Please email a copy of your logo and what you'd like to email@example.com.
